Responsibilities:
- Manage cases involving divorce, custody matters, and alimony.
- Modifications and enforcement.
- Mediation, hearings, and trials.
- Drafting, discovery, and strategy development.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of family law experience.
- Experience in divorce, alimony, and pre-nuptials.
- Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
