Real Estate Paralegal- Commercial Real Estate
Position Overview
A nationally recognized developer, owner, and operator of commercial real estate, is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support its legal department and growing national portfolio.
This position provides transactional and operational legal support across a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, leasing, entity management, and healthcare real estate operations. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting sophisticated commercial real estate transactions in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, legal counsel, development, leasing, asset management, and finance teams in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Paralegal certificate or real estate-focused legal training preferred
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience supporting commercial real estate transactions
- Experience with:
- Title and survey review
- Commercial leasing documentation
- Real estate closings and financing transactions
- Experience working in a law firm or in-house legal department preferred
