Large national law firm is seeking to add an experienced Construction Litigation Paralegal to their team in Tampa.
-Min 5+ Yrs FL Law Firm Experience
-Construction Litigation Experience Required
- Knowledge of Florida Court procedures, processes, and filing requirements.
- Knowledge of FileSite, CMS, SmartTime, and Aderant a plus.
- Working knowledge of Relativity is required.
- Physical attendance and punctuality at the workplace are required.
- Generally, core working hours are from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with the flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Trial Prep, E-filing, Drafting, Coordination of Vendors, Tracking Billing, etc.
