A well-established boutique law firm in Delray Beach is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant or Paralegal to join its small, professional office on a part-time temporary basis, with an immediate start preferred.
The firm focuses primarily on Trusts & Estates and Probate matters and is looking for someone with solid experience who can step in and provide immediate support. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who is comfortable working independently in a small-firm environment and enjoys working directly with attorneys and clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing day-to-day legal support on Trusts & Estates and Probate matters
- Assisting with the preparation, organization, and management of legal documents
- Communicating professionally with clients and handling client inquiries
- Maintaining files and ensuring documents and case materials are organized
- Assisting attorneys with various legal and administrative tasks
- Performing other duties related to the firm’s Trusts & Estates and Probate practice
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of recent Trusts & Estates / Probate experience
- Strong knowledge of T&E and Probate procedures and terminology
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running in a small-office environment
Position Details:
- Location: Delray Beach, FL
- Hours: Part-time temporary
- Start Date: ASAP
