Legal Search Solutions is looking for experienced legal professionals to assist our South Florida law firm clients with temporary and contract assignments. Opportunities range from short-term coverage to longer-term projects, with temp-to-hire positions available as well.
We are interested in dependable professionals who can quickly adapt to a new environment and provide quality support based on their experience and skill set.
Positions We Recruit For:

Attorneys, including document review projects

Paralegals
-
Legal Assistants and Legal Secretaries

Legal Billing Professionals
-
Legal Data Entry Specialists

Receptionists and other law firm administrative staff
Typical Responsibilities May Include:

Reviewing documents and providing legal support
-
Managing attorney calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
-
Preparing, editing, and formatting legal documents and correspondence
-
Handling electronic court filings and maintaining legal files
-
Assisting with litigation, discovery, and other case-related tasks
-
Answering phones, responding to emails, and communicating with clients
-
Providing general administrative support to attorneys and law firm staff
Qualifications:
-
Previous law firm or legal office experience is required
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word; Excel may be required depending on the assignment

Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
-
Ability to work independently, learn new procedures quickly, and manage changing priorities
-
Active Florida Bar membership in good standing for attorney assignments when required
