Legal Search Solutions is assisting a boutique Fort Lauderdale law firm in seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for a three-week temporary position beginning December 1, 2026.
Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with commercial real estate transactions and related projects

Prepare and organize transaction documents and closing files
-
Review contracts, leases, title documents, surveys, and related records
-
Assist with due diligence and closing coordination
-
Communicate with clients, attorneys, title companies, and other parties
Qualifications
-
Previous commercial real estate paralegal experience required
-
Strong knowledge of commercial real estate transactions and documentation

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Must be available to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale beginning December 1 for the duration of three weeks.
This is a short-term opportunity for an experienced paralegal who can step in and provide immediate support with a commercial real estate law project.
