Legal Search Solutions, one of the largest legal placement firms in the Southeast is growing, both geographically and internally. We are looking for candidates interested in recruiting to help us continue our growth. Specifically, we are interested in speaking with recruiters experienced in attorney recruitment, legal management recruitment and legal support staff recruitment.
What we need.
Recruiters will work in all areas of the recruiting process from selling our services to prospective clients to placement of highly qualified legal professionals.
Recruiting responsibilities include:
- locating top legal talent
- interviewing applicants
- consulting with candidates on industry trends
- placing candidates on a permanent and/or temporary basis
In a sales capacity, you will make outbound sales calls for the purpose of prospecting new business, and identifying direct-hire and temporary openings.
Skills you have.
- A strong desire to achieve professional and financial success
- Determination and willingness to work for that success
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and are able to multi-task in an organized manner
- Prior sales or recruiting success is required
