Jillana Ballo
Jillana Ballo began her career in recruiting as a Jr. Recruiter and was quickly promoted to Recruiter, then Senior Recruiter and eventually, became the Recruiting Director and co-owner of a small start-up Medical Staffing firm, placing medical assistants and phlebotomists. As the Recruiting Director, she managed over 1,500 contracted technicians as well as an in-house staff of 17 employees. Now, as the newest member of the Legal Search Solutions team, Jill is using her extensive knowledge within the legal field, placing paralegals and legal support staff with law firms and corporate legal departments throughout Broward County. Over the years, Jill has gained a good understanding of what’s needed to find exceptionally talented professionals, as well as the ability to pair them with the right client.
In her free time, Jill enjoys spending time with my family and friends. Boating, jet skiing, and playing basketball are just some Jill’s hobbies. She also writes short stories and poems, which she considers her “working out time” since the gym and I have never seen eye to eye. I’m driven, highly motivated and ready for any challenge ahead!
