Lilli Brunswick is a natural recruiter. Born and educated in the UK, Lilli worked for the UK’s leading recruitment company before coming to the U.S. in 2006 to pursue an opportunity with Legal Search Solutions. Lilli worked with Legal Search Solutions from 2006 – 2010, where she thrived on the fast pace nature of placing temporary staff. Lilli left to have a family and is now the mother of 2 daughters. Returning in 2016 to be part of the Legal Search team she says “I just missed the work. I loved working with everyone here, as well as all of the outstanding candidates and it’s great to be back doing what I love.”

Since 2016 Lilli has worked with an extensive network of law firms and corporate legal departments matching talented attorneys with challenging, career-advancing opportunities. Whether working with senior partners or junior associates, the qualities Lilli is proudest to bring to recruitment are resourcefulness and a readiness to listen. Lilli continues to spend her free time with her supportive husband Paul, children and pet dachshund.
