Thomas Citera Is an attorney recruiter with Legal Search Solutions. Prior to joining Legal Search Solutions in 2018, Thomas was a Managing Director for a multi-discipline executive search firm in New York City since 1996. Thomas understands the more you listen to clients about role requirements, the better your job descriptions and sourcing tactics will be. Understanding what his client’s priorities are and how a new position can help a candidate fulfill career objectives increases his ability to deliver outstanding candidates, not just resumes. Thomas’ innate ability to truly partner with both his clients and candidates and has resulted in numerous successful placements.
Thomas holds a B.S. in Business Management from Brooklyn College. He is a former professional actor and current sketch artist who enjoys art, film and theatre, both in South Florida and at his former home, NYC.
