A highly respected boutique law firm in Coconut Grove is seeking two experienced Florida attorneys to join its team in a temporary-to-hire capacity:
- Family Law Attorney
- Probate Attorney
These are excellent opportunities for self-motivated attorneys who enjoy managing cases from inception through resolution and thrive in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage a busy caseload from inception through resolution
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, legal correspondence, and other case-related documents
- Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and court appearances
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
- Maintain regular communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Prepare matters for trial and provide courtroom representation when necessary
- Maintain accurate billing and time entry
Qualifications
- Active member of The Florida Bar (required)
- Minimum five (5) years of Florida Family Law or Probate experience (depending on the position)
- Strong litigation, drafting, negotiation, and courtroom skills
- Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused
