JOB DESCRIPTION:
GROWING Boutique law firm in Coral Gables, FL needs an accounting assistant/clerk to assist their Team! Great entry level law firm job!
JOB DUTIES:
- Assist with billing, filing, faxing, and other general administrative office work
- Contacting Doctor offices for medical records
- Corresponding with clients and insurance companies
QUALIFIED CANDIDATES:
- 1-2 years of office and accounting experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Prefer candidates with experience in legal or medical records background
- MS Office experience
