Administrative Assistant- Trust & Estate
Boca Raton, FL
Seeking a a Trusts & Estates Administrative Assistant for our New Jersey, New York, or Florida Offices. This position will report to the office five days per week.
Some of the job responsibilities would include:
- Assisting with the preparation of Trusts and Estate binders, including compiling letters and emails, saving relevant documents, and organizing materials.
- Assembling final binder sets for mailing, including preparing and attaching FedEx labels, tables of contents, and ensuring proper formatting.
- Printing and stickering documents for outgoing mailings; prepare FedEx shipments accordingly.
- Supporting attorneys by printing and organizing documents for client meetings, as needed and based on workload.
- Submitting check requests.
- Saving and organize documents accurately within the firm’s document management system (MyCase/MyManage or similar).
- Assisting with preparation of opening files (prepare LOE, NCI, run conflict checks).
- Covering for our Client Services Representative with the handling the original documents/vault.
