Administrative Assistant- Trust & Estate
Boca Raton, FL 

Seeking a a Trusts & Estates Administrative Assistant for our New Jersey, New York, or Florida Offices. This position will report to the office five days per week.

Some of the job responsibilities would include:

  1. Assisting with the preparation of Trusts and Estate binders, including compiling letters and emails, saving relevant documents, and organizing materials.
  2. Assembling final binder sets for mailing, including preparing and attaching FedEx labels, tables of contents, and ensuring proper formatting.
  3. Printing and stickering documents for outgoing mailings; prepare FedEx shipments accordingly.
  4. Supporting attorneys by printing and organizing documents for client meetings, as needed and based on workload. 
  5. Submitting check requests.
  6. Saving and organize documents accurately within the firm’s document management system (MyCase/MyManage or similar).
  7. Assisting with preparation of opening files (prepare LOE, NCI, run conflict checks).
  8. Covering for our Client Services Representative with the handling the original documents/vault.
