LEGAL ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY FOR ORLANDO, FLORIDA OFFICE
Commercial and Construction Law experience required.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, initiative, flexibility, organizational skills, client service skills and the ability to be proactive. 
  • Candidates must possess mastery of Microsoft Word and Outlook.  
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Filesite is preferred. 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks based on business needs is essential.  
  • Substantive experience as a legal administrative assistant with financial transactional experience is preferred. 

Duties of the position include, but are not limited to: 

  • Assisting attorneys in preparing, proofreading and revising documents
  • Experience with efiling documents in Federal and Florida State Courts
  • Maintaining files and records using Filesite and traditional means
  • Submitting Business Intake and Conflicts requests
  • Time entry, client billing and submission of expense statements
  • Backup coverage, as necessary.
