South Florida boutique firm seeks a highly motivated Real Estate Litigation Attorney for its busy office in Weston Florida.

Ideal Candidates will have 3 to 5 years of Florida state litigation and transactional experience in the practice areas of real estate, commercial, and civil law.
Responsibilities/Skills:
- Manage your own caseload with oversight from partners.
- Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
- Conduct thorough legal research and provide insightful analysis of case law.
- Possess strong oral advocacy skills when attending hearings and court conferences
- Prepare for and participate in trials.
- Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.
- Deliver exceptional legal guidance and support to clients.
- Have a working knowledge on how to utilize AI-assisted legal practice tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Full-Time Position
- Must have 3 to 5 years of Florida state litigation and transactional legal experience in the practice areas of real estate, commercial, and civil law
- Bench Trial and/or courtroom experience
- Juris Doctorate from accredited law school.
- Must be admitted to the Florida Bar and be a member in good standing.
- Exceptional research and writing abilities are a must.
