Nationally known and respected law firm currently seeking a competent and experienced lawyer to join their Property & Casualty division in Miami, Florida.
- $170,000-$190,000
- Quarterly billing bonus – non discretionary
- Performance based bonus – discretionary

Ideal candidates will be highly organized and detail-oriented with strong legal writing skills. A minimum of 5 years insurance litigation, including bad faith.
Lawyer Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years litigation experience – Insurance
- MUST have bad faith experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required in the state of Florida
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Skills of persuasion and negotiation
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Strong computer skills and competency
- Professional attitude and strong personal ethics
- Administrative and managerial experience preferred
