We are working with a boutique law office that is seeking a litigation associate with 2-6 years’ experience to work in its downtown Miami office in the area of complex business/real estate litigation, including possibly class action litigation.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years Litigation experience.
- Strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills.
- Experience with drafting motions, conducting depositions, and participating at hearings is required.
- Applicants must currently be FL Barred.
- Trial team, journal experience or moot court participation preferred, but not required.
- You should be highly organized, motivated, experienced in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple ongoing assignments, as well as have the ability to think creatively and work in a fast paced and challenging environment.
The successful Associate will gain valuable experience in handling and litigating cases from inception through trial in both Federal and State Court.
