Duties and Responsibilities including and not limited to:
- Responsibility to work within practice centers on complex business disputes, partnership disputes, real estate litigation, defense of class actions, suits for replevin of personal property, and general outside counsel services, among others.
- Litigate various disputes involving complex commercial litigation, class actions, constitutional challenges, securities fraud, and labor defense
- Counsel for various middle-market businesses across a wide array of industries; and litigate matters for businesses across the country.
Attorney Requirements and Qualifications
- 7-9 years’ experience in, and an understanding of an area of commercial litigation law
- Ability to see a case through to the end.
- Requires “outside-the-box” thinking and innovative approaches that protects and promotes the business interests of clients during the litigation process throughout the United States.
- Take a multidisciplinary approach to combine your knowledge in various areas of law in jurisdictions throughout the United States with trial experience to provide clients with the best counseling – not just for their lawsuit, but also for their businesses.
