Lawyer Job Summary
Legal Search Solutions is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join a well-known, reputable boutique firm in Coral Gables. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in commercial litigation and will handle research, assist in discovery, and attend motion calendars.
Lawyer Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and respond to substantive pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Assist with trial preparation and/or attend trial.
- Manage cases from inception to close.
- Meet annual billable hour requirements and record time efficiently.
Lawyer Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida Bar.
- 1-3 years of experience in complex commercial/ business litigation.
- Experience in complex business litigation.
- Experience preparing cases for trial, independent motion and discovery practice.
- Experience running cases from inception to close with minimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
