Commercial Litigation Associate
Legal Search Solutions is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join a well-known, reputable boutique firm in Miami. The firm specializes in complex commercial litigation, and real estate litigation, business. The individual in this role would be responsible for managing cases in complex commercial/ business litigation from inception to close. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in commercial litigation. Trial experience would be a plus, not required.
Lawyer Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and respond to substantive pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Assist with trial preparation and/or attend trial.
- Trial experience is a plus.
- Manage cases from inception to close.
- Meet annual billable hour requirements and record time efficiently.
Lawyer Qualifications
- Admission to the Florida Bar.
- 6+ years of experience in complex commercial/ business litigation.
- Experience preparing cases for trial, independent motion and discovery practice.
- Experience running cases from inception to close with minimal supervision.
