Our client is a large well-known commercial and private client law firm in the West Palm Beach area specializing in the areas of real estate, complex litigation, and trust and estate litigation. They are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in the purchasing and sale of commercial real estate including leases, closing documents, and loan documents.
Job Description:
Seeking a Real Estate Attorney to handle large-scale commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, developments, and financing deals. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, overseeing due diligence, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and facilitate closings for complex deals.
Qualifications:
- JD degree and active Florida bar admission.
- 3-5 years of experience in large-scale real estate transactions.
- Commercial real estate experience.
- Experience in title and survey review, checklist coordination for buy/sell and loan transactions
- Lease summaries, entity document review, and preparation of resolutions
- Drafting closing documents, statements, and loan documents
- Lease and contract review/preparation for business clients
- Strong understanding of real estate finance and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
