Job Description:
Seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to handle large-scale commercial real estate transactions, focusing on commercial leases and retail leasing. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of commercial real estate experience. The opportunity offers mentorship and a competitive compensation plan with lucrative bonus opportunity.
Qualifications:
- JD degree and active Florida bar admission.
- 1-3 years of experience in large-scale real estate transactions.
- Commercial real estate experience.
- Experience in commercial leases and retail leases.
- Lease summaries, entity document review, and preparation of resolutions
- Drafting closing documents, statements, and loan documents
- Lease and contract review/preparation for business clients
- Strong understanding of real estate finance and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
