Highly-regarded boutique firm in downtown Miami is looking for an associate with at least three to five years of experience to join their team. Firm offers a unique opportunity to work on a wide variety of complex commercial litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts in a collaborative team setting. Ideal candidate will have made the decision to pursue a career in business litigation, is confident and comfortable presenting legal arguments in writing and in court, dedicated to the legal profession, and determined to be an effective and ethical advocate for clients.
Requirements:

Strong writing, research and analytical skills and the requisite academic credentials

An interest in a scholarly and collaborative approach to the law and a desire to learn

A commitment to developing legal skills and creating the best work product possible on behalf of our clients; and

Membership in the Florida Bar.
