Qualifications
- Must be licensed to practice law in Florida
- 2+ years of experience litigating first party property and or insurance defense cases
- MUST be willing to be on site – Hybrid schedules available for qualified canididates
- Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills.
- Must have experience in depositions, preparing and handling evidentiary hearings, conducting mediations, and preparing and assisting with trial
- Must be willing to meet or exceed 165 billable hours per month
