National Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 3-5 years First Party Property experience in beautiful downtown Saint Petersburg!

Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in Florida
- 3+ years of experience litigating first party property and or insurance defense cases
- MUST be willing to be on site
- Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills.
- Must have experience intaking, initiating, developing, and guiding commercial and business litigation matters from inception through trial.
- Must have experience in depositions, preparing and handling evidentiary hearings, conducting mediations, and preparing and assisting with trial on behalf of business and corporate clients and their owners.
- Confident and decisive in counseling clients and guiding the direction of litigation.
