Well-established Miami law firm is looking to add two associate level attorneys.
One attorney(2-5 years out) and one senior attorney (5+ years out)
Law firm’s focus is resolution of complex business and commercial disputes with its primary focus on litigation, arbitrations and corporate investigations. Primary practice areas are professional liability, including securities and broker-dealer defense, partnership and corporate disputes, including coverage analysis and litigation (including bad faith), construction and surety law, ERISA disability litigation, employment matters and bankruptcy litigation.
The ideal candidate should have 2-5 or 5 plus years experience insurance defense experience handling the following:
- Defending professional errors & omissions cases and/or experience with first and third party coverage and/or litigation.
- Coverage experience; issuing opinions and also making recommendations on time limit demands.
