One of the nation’s largest Intellectual Property litigation law firms is seeking a new Associate attorney to join their team. With a heavy focus on visual arts, my client represents authors, illustrators, artists, and copyrights owners of all kinds!
The ideal candidate will have a running knowledge or strong interest in intellectual property, and an eagerness to learn.
In this role, you will represent clients in intellectual property infringement litigation involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, defamation, trade libel, unfair competition, unfair and deceptive trade practices, and even commercial matters.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Good Standing Member of the Florida Bar.
- Excellent academic credentials required.
- Knowledge and familiarity with intellectual property including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, defamation, trade libel, unfair competition, unfair and deceptive trade practices, and even commercial matters. PREFERRED
- Must be technologically confident.
- Must be willing to be in office.
