Litigation Associate Attorney – Miami
A well-established South Florida litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Miami office. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior attorney looking to develop strong litigation skills while working on a variety of complex civil and tort matters.
The position offers significant hands-on experience and the opportunity to take an active role in cases from inception through resolution. Associates are encouraged to take ownership of their matters while working closely with experienced trial attorneys.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of litigation experience
- Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience with written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and/or court appearances is preferred
- Exposure to state or federal court litigation is a plus
- Law Review, journal, moot court, or trial team experience is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills and ability to independently manage assignments and deadlines
- Interest in developing a long-term civil litigation and trial practice
