Our dynamic firm is actively seeking a highly skilled Associate Attorney to join our team and take on the exciting challenge of managing a substantial caseload. In this role, you will have the invaluable opportunity to work closely with seasoned senior attorneys, honing your legal skills and making a real impact.

Your responsibilities will encompass a range of vital tasks including drafting legal documents, facilitating the discovery process, and conducting thorough legal research. While our approach occasionally leads to favorable settlements, we need a passionate individual who will fearlessly advocate for our clients’ best interests. The ideal candidate will possess 3-6 years of litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on Commercial and Toxic Tort cases.

Associate Attorney Duties and Responsibilities

  • Help in creating legal papers such as motions and pleadings
  • Aid in the discovery process by conducting depositions, sending interrogatories, and examining documents
  • Engage in negotiations for settlements
  • Carry out legal research
  • Attend court hearings when required
  • Conduct first meetings with potential clients

Associate Attorney Requirements and Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • License to practice law
  • Stable work history
  • Litigating experience (3-6 years)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Attention to detail

Job type: Full Time in office
Location: Downtown Miami 
Pay: $90,000-$150,000
