Law firm focuses practice on personal injury, wrongful death, car accident and slip and fall litigation, as well as a variety of other civil litigation areas.
The attorney will be supported by a great team of mentoring partners, legal support, and marketing staff. Strong growth potential.
Responsibilities will include:
- Working with insurance adjusters, medical providers
- Work cohesively with other attorneys.
- Must have a skill set to draft pleadings, discovery, and demand letters.
- Litigate cases, conduct depositions for cases in litigation, argue motions before the Court, and attend and appear for trial.
Compensation is $100K with measured point value bonus when defined goals are reached.. Health, Dental, Vision Benefits.
