Two Openings – Junior and Senior Attorneys in Miami-Dade North Miami Plaintiff Litigation
We are seeking attorneys recently admitted into the Florida Bar to more seasoned attorneys with PLAINTIFF litigation experience specifically in either the area of Property Insurance Litigation OR current litigation knowledge in other insurance industries e.g. PIP Personal Injury Bodily Injury Workers' Compensation Medical Injuries or Wrongful Death coupled with bench trial experience.
For a seasoned attorney, we are looking for civil plaintiff litigation experience, coupled with recent plaintiff civil bench or jury trial experience.
Additionally, for the seasoned attorney we have a very aggressive bonus program with no cap, that can pay out hundreds of thousand $$+++ in bonus ( on top of their salary).
Junior attorney – The recently barred attorney position – depending on prior experience, is for the drafting litigation team OR for a junior litigation attorney to work directly under a more seasoned attorney. The Drafting Litigation Team primary focus is on drafting all the various Complaints and numerous types of motions. They also provide coverage for certain pre litigation events. this is a mentoring position, and would workink directly with the senior attorney, assisting senior attorney on their case load ( around 400 litigation files) covering hearings, depositions, medications, speaking with clients OC and drafting numerous motions.
Bottom line, for all attorney positions, the salary offered is very competitive, commensurate with experience. Individual Medical insurance premiums are paid by the firm at 75% for the base plan+ a 50% Gap Insurance contribution, FSA plan & other benefits. A very generous PTO package is also provided. FL. Bar dues & certain CLE classes are also paid for by the firm.
