Legal Search Solutions is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney on behalf of a well-established and highly respected regional personal injury and consumer advocacy law firm in West Palm Beach. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator to manage significant personal injury matters and work closely with a team dedicated to achieving exceptional results for its clients.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of plaintiff personal injury and/or medical malpractice litigation experience, including substantial experience handling cases independently from inception through resolution. Trial experience is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of personal injury and/or medical malpractice matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft, review, and respond to substantive pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and participate in mediations.
- Develop case strategy and work closely with clients throughout the litigation process.
- Prepare cases for trial, including witness preparation, exhibit management, and motion practice.
- Assist with and/or serve as trial counsel in jury trials.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to maximize case outcomes.
Qualifications
- Active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar.
- 5–7 years of plaintiff personal injury and/or medical malpractice litigation experience.
- Experience independently managing cases from inception through trial or settlement.
- Strong motion, discovery, deposition, and case management skills.
- First-chair jury trial experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
