- All transactional matters relating to the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of primarily commercial and residential real estate as well.
- Residential and commercial transactions
- Legal design of community and condominium projects
- Turnovers and settlements
- Representing banks with commercial and residential loans
- Debt collection
- Workouts
Partner in Miami represents national developers, private equity funds, institutional and private lenders, retailers, operators and private U.S. and foreign national investors in a wide variety of transactions involving properties of all types.
Seeking real estate attorney for the Boca Raton office and the law firm is open to the associate working on site or in a hybrid capacity 2/3 days a week in the office.
Ideal Prerequisites:
- Ideally big law firm background with ability to be a “bigger fish in a smaller pond”. .
- 4-5 years minimum experience in real estate transactional role with primarily commercial real estate transactional experience
- Excellent compensation commensurate with level and experience
- Florida Bar: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
