AmLaw 100 firm seeks a full-time staff litigation attorney with 3-5 years of experience for their Miami or Boca Raton office. Experience will include drafting motions, discovery, taking and defending depositions, and appearing at court hearings. Preferred candidate will have knowledge of and experience dealing with Articles 3 and 4 of the UCC as well as EFTA, FCRA, FDCPA, UDAAP, TILA, RESPA, and other consumer protection statutes.
Compensation Range: $135,000 – $150,000
Location: Miami, FL or Boca Raton, FL
