Large Company in Boca Raton is seeking a Real Estate Legal Administrator to join them in a Temp-to-Hire capacity starting right away. This position is responsible for the preparation of legal documents and providing administrative support.
Candidates must be able to read, speak, and write in Spanish.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drafting and revising legal documents such as leases, amendments and memorandums, etc.
- Assisting and reviewing tenant leases and amendments.
- Preparing due diligence related to leases.
- Updating leases and amendments.
- Other projects and duties as needed.
Requirements:
- AA required, Paralegal Certificate preferred.
- Excellent written, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Internet navigation.
- 2-3 years experience working with legal documents, contracts, and / or amendments.
