Law Firm Experience Required 
20-30 hrs a week
Must live in MIAMI AREA

Established downtown Miami boutique Law Firm is seeking a Bookkeeper with 3 or more years’ of experience to join their firm in a temp-to-hire capacity, starting as soon as possible. 

  • This is a “remote” part time position
  • Work hours will vary between 20-30 hours a week.
  • Work is required to be done within the firm’s normal business hours, Monday thru Friday, 9am – 6pm.  

Bookkeeper Job Duties:

  • General ledger, AR and AP
  • Billing entries
  • Financial reports
  • Forecasting

Bookkeeper Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of experience in Accounting in law firms
  • Proficiency required with Outlook, Excel and QuickBooks.
