A Fort Lauderdale-based boutique class action litigation firm handling cases nationwide is looking to grow its team by adding an attorney with 10+ years of experience to handle a case load consisting of class and collective action matters, including consumer privacy and wage and hour claims.
Considerable prior class action experience is required, preferably in consumer privacy and/or cyber security matters.
The right candidate will have a proven litigation track record in the state and federal courts, be able to handle a caseload with minimal supervision, and will be admitted in multiple jurisdictions (preferably Illinois) or able to gain admission into other jurisdictions on motion.
