Established full-service boutique law firm with offices in Coral Gables and Ft. Lauderdale area is seeking a litigation associate attorney to join their dynamic and talented legal team in the Coral Gables office. This is a career growth opportunity with a collaborative team. The right candidate is highly motivated and has 3-5 years’ commercial litigation experience.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to draft concise and persuasive legal arguments and communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively to clients, colleagues, and the court.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Experience with propounding and responding to written discovery, including but not limited to RFPs, RFAs, ROGs and subpoenas.
- Can provide a writing sample showing ability to address complex legal arguments (i.e. Complaint, MTD, MSJ).
- Courtroom and deposition experience preferred but not required.
- 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience.
- Member in Good Standing, The Florida Bar.

- Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is preferred but not required.
