Contract Attorney – Commercial Litigation (Part-Time)
Broward County, FL | Mostly Remote | Assignment-Based
Our client, a well-established law firm in Broward County, is seeking a Contract Attorney with commercial litigation experience to assist on an assignment-by-assignment basis. This is a part-time opportunity (5–20 hours per week), primarily remote, with occasional court appearances as needed.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated attorney looking for flexible, ongoing contract work while staying engaged in substantive litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:

Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses

Conduct legal research and analyze case law

Prepare for and attend hearings and court conferences as needed

Provide oral advocacy at hearings as needed

Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel

Deliver high-quality legal work product with strong attention to detail

Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a remote environment
Qualifications:

3–5 years of Florida commercial litigation experience
-
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proven ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
