Senior Corporate Attorney
Legal Search Solutions is seeking a Senior Corporate Associate/ Partner for a reputable regional firm in Miami. The successful candidate will have 6-15 years of relevant experience in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, fundraising documentation/fund formation, and general contractual matters. This attorney will work closely with practice group leadership and other attorneys on the team.
Corporate Attorney Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide legal advice and support to the company on various legal issues including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, fundraising documentation/fund formation, and general contractual matters
- Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues
- Draft and review contracts, legal agreements, and other legal documents
- Manage and resolve legal disputes, including negotiations and litigation
- Stay up-to-date on changes in relevant laws and regulations
- Provide training and guidance to other departments on legal matters
Corporate Attorney Qualifications & Skills
- Admission to the FL. Bar.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience practicing corporate law.
- Experience in all aspects of corporate law.
- Ability to collaborate with practice group leadership.
- The position is located in Miami FL.
