A terrific law firm in Palm Beach County, has several openings for entry level candidates. The starting salary is $17. per hour.
The firm is looking for candidates that want to work with a highly reputable firm while contributing growth of the firm!
REQUIREMENTS
This is an entry level position(will train) and legal experience is not required.
One year of office type work experience or a demonstrated interest in the law (coursework or prior experience)
High School degree and some college coursework.
Be communicative; both verbal and written
Computer savvy
Positve attitude, innovative, self-starter and goal oriented
Strong multi -tasking ability
Organized and attention to detail
Team Player
Bilingual English/Creole or English/Spanish
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide clear and concise communication to a multitude of parties including the clients, attorneys
- Maintain attorney’s calendars.
- Ensure deadlines are met.
- Schedule and confirm appointments,
- Follow up and request all documents in regards to client’s cases including but not limited insurance information, police reports, medical records and bills.
- Provide support to case manager and attorney while managing a caseload.
- Draft legal documents.
- Full-time
- Hours are 8:30a to 5:30p
Pay $17 per hour
