We’re partnering with a respected Miami-based firm seeking a bright, motivated, and detail-oriented Litigation Attorney for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This is an excellent chance to gain meaningful courtroom exposure, build hands-on experience, and grow within a supportive litigation team.

What You’ll Do
You’ll step directly into ongoing litigation matters and contribute from day one:

Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery

Conduct legal research and prepare litigation memoranda
-
Assist with deposition prep, witness interviews, and examinations
-
Participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
-
Manage assigned matters and track court deadlines
-
Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
This is not a back-room research role. You’ll be in the mix.
Ideal Background
-
1–2 years of litigation experience (bankruptcy litigation strongly preferred)
-
Strong understanding of litigation procedures and court rules
-
Ability to manage multiple deadlines with confidence and precision
-
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
-
Sharp attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
Recent graduates who have completed internships, clerkships, or meaningful litigation exposure are encouraged to apply.
Credentials
-
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Active member of the Florida Bar
