WELL RESPECTED NATIONAL FIRM is seeking an exceptional Business Immigration Paralegal to support its Immigration practice group.
The Immigration Paralegal is responsible for preparing USCIS forms and collecting supporting legal documents, such as birth certificates or marriage licenses. In addition to assisting a team of attorneys with U.S. visa petitions, will also perform research and provide translation services to the Firm’s clients; and handle a high volume of immigration cases.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare USCIS forms and collect supporting documentation;
- Prepare removal defense filings;
- Assist with U.S. visa petitions;
- Analyze case documents;
- Perform legal research;
- Provide backup for Corporate Paralegal with EB-5 Offering documents;
- Communicate with clients; and
- Assist with administrative tasks, as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an immigration paralegal in a large firm environment
- Experience with USCIS procedures
- Experience with the EB5 process from beginning to end
- Bilingual communication skills
- (Spanish preferred)
- Paralegal certificate preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies a plus

The pay for this position will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, education, external market data, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
The anticipated pay range for this role is $75k to $100k annually.
