Nationally known and respected law firm currently seeking a competent and experienced lawyer to join their Property & Casualty division in Orlando Florida.
- $140,000-$160,000
- Quarterly billing bonus – non discretionary

Ideal candidates will be highly organized and detail-oriented with strong legal writing skills. A minimum of 4 years civil litigation experience in state court. First party insurance litigation and bad faith insurance litigation is preferable.
The individual in this role would be responsible for compiling and maintaining case files, adhering to court requirements, and acting as an advocate to our list of clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in both insurance defense, first party property. and bad faith. Duties and Responsibilities
Lawyer Requirements and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Skills of persuasion and negotiation
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Strong computer skills and competency
- Professional attitude and strong personal ethics
- Administrative and managerial experience preferred
- Minimum 5 years litigation experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required in the state of Florida
