Law Firm Office Assistant – Downtown Tampa (Temp-to-Hire)

MUST have PREVIOUS LAW FIRM EXPERIENCE 

A premier nationwide law firm is seeking a full-time  Law Office Assistant to join their downtown Tampa office in a temporary-to-hire role starting right away.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow in a professional legal environment while working in a friendly, business casual office with free parking provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks, including mail, scanning, copying, filing, and other clerical work

  • Answer incoming calls and greet visitors in a professional, welcoming manner

  • Download and organize new client documents and files

  • Set up conference rooms for meetings and events

  • Assist attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants as needed

  • Run office errands and help keep daily operations running smoothly

Qualifications:

  • Previous law firm experience is highly preferred
  • Dependable, organized, and eager to learn
  • Goof computer and phone skills
  • Professional demeanor and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Dependable and looking for a long term position

Position Details:

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • On-site in downtown Tampa
  • Free parking provided by the firm
  • Pays $20/hr while temp
  • Once perm will pay $40-45K; with excellent benefits
