Law Firm Office Services Coordinator
Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time | Immediate Opening

Miami, FL

Prestigious National law firm is seeking an experienced Office Services Coordinator to join its Miami office in a temp-to-hire capacity. This is a hands-on role supporting the daily operations of a busy law firm. Prior law firm experience is required.

Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years’ prior law firm experience required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and office equipment
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform active office support duties

Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries
  • Maintain office, kitchen, and conference room supplies
  • Set up conference rooms and coordinate meeting support/catering
  • Handle high-volume copying, scanning, printing, and document production
  • Provide administrative support to various departments
  • Back up the reception desk, greet visitors, and deliver outstanding customer service

Compensation:

  • $20/hour while temporary
  • $50K+ upon permanent hire
  • Excellent benefits after conversion
