Prestigious National law firm is seeking an experienced Office Services Coordinator to join its Miami office in a temp-to-hire capacity. This is a hands-on role supporting the daily operations of a busy law firm. Prior law firm experience is required.
Qualifications:
- 3 or more years’ prior law firm experience required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and office equipment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform active office support duties
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries
- Maintain office, kitchen, and conference room supplies
- Set up conference rooms and coordinate meeting support/catering
- Handle high-volume copying, scanning, printing, and document production
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Back up the reception desk, greet visitors, and deliver outstanding customer service
Compensation:
- $20/hour while temporary
- $50K+ upon permanent hire
- Excellent benefits after conversion
