Law Firm Receptionist

Temp / Temp-to-Hire

Our client, a busy boutique law firm in Fort Lauderdale, is seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to join their team in a temporary, potentially temp-to-hire capacity. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route calls on a multi-line phone system
  • Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism
  • Maintain the reception area and conference rooms
  • Process incoming mail, scan documents, and upload files into the firm's litigation management system
  • Provide general administrative support, including scanning and copying
  • Assist with other office duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous law firm receptionist experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable using office technology
