LEGAL ASSISTANT WITH EXPERIENCE
Fine tune your  with a successful regional firm with offices in Palm Beach County  and  around the State of Florida.
The West Palm Beach office is currently accepting resumes for a legal administrative assistant. It is a full time position in the office.
Duties and Responsibilities
Litigation
Experience in state and federal court, 
Retrieve docket, 
Must be able to file documents through the portal
Calendaring all dates in a trial Order
Experience setting special set hearings
Setting up a Deposition 
Must be familiar with the different methods to deliver items to Judges (i.e. e-courtesy, CMS)
Experience retrieving research from other state and governmental databases  (i.e. Sunbiz, PAPA) 
Administrative
Accounting / Prebills / Billing Experience?
Must be  familiar with intake processes for new clients
Must be familiar with time entry systems
Must know  Adobe
Must be familiar document management systems?  
Experience with running a paperless desk
