LEGAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSIST FOR REGIONAL FIRM
 Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

Overview:
I am recruiting for an organized  Litigation Assistant to join a regional law firm. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in probate litigation, but a  candidates with a strong commercial litigation background will be trained. . This area of law is extremely interesting  The position fast-paced environment.  Possible Hybrid after 90 days

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or paralegal certificate is a plus.

  • Experience: At least 3 years of litigation assistant or legal administrative experience; probate litigation preferred, but commercial litigation experience will also be considered.

  • Knowledge: Experienc working in Florida  and Federal court procedures, e-filing, etc.

  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Compensation:
Commensurate with experience, up to $75,000 annually, along with a competitive benefits package.
