Paralegal with Litigation experience!
Our client, a regional law firm with an office in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a Paralegal to start right away in a temporary (possible temp-to-hire) capacity.
The hours are 9-5:30 and the position is in-office only.
Candidates must be have experience with the following:
- Scheduling and confirming hearings, depositions, mediation, trials and meetings.
- Preparing and e-Filing Complaints, Summonses and pleadings in County, Circuit and Federal Court cases.
- Managing daily/weekly/monthly diary and task calendar for multiple attorneys.
- Preparation of correspondence.
- High volume document management and control; maintaining Litigation files.
- Assisting attorneys with preparing for hearings and trials.
- Ability to work closely with others in a team environment.
- Proficiency with Word and Microsoft Outlook programs
